Scifi.com has released the Battlestar Galactica Videomaker Toolkit. For the low, low price of nothing but a ten second clip at the end of your video, you can use b-roll and assorted sound effects to help make your own episode at home. Most of the video is from the New Caprica days, but they promise more in the future.

Following up on my previous post, Pan-In-The-Box is an Ebay store that sells SF costumes, including BSG Uniforms and Jedi Robes, straight off the boat from Singapore, although they look pretty good.

New Moon Props owners make resin replicas of SF weapons and props in their spare time. Maybe I’ll pick up one of the Battlestar Galactica Blasters from Season One. Pricey, yes, but perhaps worth it.
